Chris Redd: Why Am I Like This?
Saturday Night Live cast member, and U.S. stand-up star Chris Redd returns to Soho Theatre, following his two acclaimed, sell-out runs in 2019 & 2020.
The Emmy Award winning stand-up comic, actor, writer and rapper, has been a regular ‘SNL’ cast member since 2017 – recently performing alongside superstars including Taylor Swift, Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Harry Styles.
Chris is a star of NBC sitcom Kenan (with Kenan & Kel star Kenan Thompson) and made a brief cameo in the Oscar winning Joker movie. He’s performed stand-up on Comedy Central Stand-up Presents, and appeared in The Lonely Island spin-off movie Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping. He’s also acted in NBC’s Will & Grace, Netflix’s Disjointed, Wet Hot American Summer and Love.
