We are thrilled to be able to bring you live comedy, in real life, with real people in the audience! We will do our best to keep you safe whilst providing top quality comedy. Please respect our rules so we can keep staff, performers, and you as safe as possible.

Please DO NOT ATTEND any event if you feel unwell or have symptoms of COVID-19, including:
– High temperature
– New persistent cough
– Loss of smell or taste
If you cannot attend the performance due to having to isolate, contact us and we will guarantee you a refund up to 2 hours before the performance or help you exchange into an alternative performance.
If the show cannot go ahead due to lockdown measures or government guidance, you will be offered the option to keep your ticket if the event is postponed, or receive a refund if preferred. Our live shows will follow the latest government guidelines, and every effort will be made to ensure they are COVID-19 secure. All venues will be implementing a range of safety measures including distanced seating, one-way systems, staggered arrival times and enhanced cleaning and hygiene measures.
Tickets must be booked in advance, and tickets may be removed from sale a few hours before the start of each show. As per Tier 2 guidelines, all booking parties MUST be for within the same household/support bubble as the primary booker.
Latest Government Guidance on Transport
For those attending it is advised to walk, cycle or drive where possible. If travelling by public transport, please comply with the travel operators rules regarding face coverings, and sanitise your hands before and after travelling.
There will be staggered arrival times to aid social distancing, please check with the venue or ticket agency and make sure to arrive during your designated time slot, and please arrive with your full group. If you need to queue on entry, please ensure you stay 2m away from other groups at all times, there will be floor markings to guide you.
Face masks or coverings are now mandatory and must be worn at all times in all entertainment venues, unless you are exempt. Your face covering must cover both your mouth and nose, and we ask that your mask is lifted and replaced to when consuming drinks. If you are exempt from wearing a face covering, we would recommend you download an exemption card, available here to easily explain your exemption.
Socially Distanced Seating
Seating will be distanced, so you’ll be 2m apart from other groups. Please respect the social distancing guidelines by remaining within your designated area whilst enjoying the show. Please also follow the one-ways systems in place whilst moving around venues, staff are on hand to help you if you need them.
There will be hand sanitiser available at various points throughout venues, it is also advisable to carry your own with you if possible.
The bar will provide an at-seat service for pre-show and interval drinks and all payments will be card-only. The bar will close around 10 minutes before the show starts; we recommend arriving as early as possible so you can find a seat, order drinks and get ready to enjoy the show.
Please Be Patient
Queueing for entry may take a little longer than usual as we try to keep everyone safe, please be patient with the staff and obey instructions at all times. Exiting the venue may also take a little longer than usual, so please bear this in mind when planning your journey.
